MONETARY SUPPORT

I aim to print out 500 flyers, which I will distribute in different towns within North Wales. I plan to erect two roll-up banners alongside me, set up a table stand for my timer, provide 50 T-shirts for myself and anyone who attends, and offer refreshments for my independent judges. 1. Attendance: Our team values your presence at this event. We would highly appreciate it if you could plan to attend the finale. This would be the perfect opportunity for taking photos and media coverage.
2. I am looking for individuals or organizations who are willing to donate tree seedlings. My goal is to distribute these seedlings to the public for planting in their homes. The setup will be visually appealing and symbolic, with around 100 seedlings arranged in a circle. This arrangement aims to highlight the connection between individual and collective efforts in tree planting and environmental conservation.
